1. Yes I can. I can design a custom theme for your business or just for one to have all to yourself. Please contact me with details and I will reply back with pricing quotes.

2. Due to reasons beyond my control, all custom themes lock the ability for user changes in font styles and sizes.

3. Some of the older themes I created were developed prior to the release of a WiFi enabled blackberry, thus no WiFi icon. Please email me with the theme you purchased and I will send you a new copy with the updated WiFi icon.

4. My themes all come with a custom background. The theme is designed to be used with the accompanying background image. I cannot guarantee how the use of your own wallpaper will effect the original theme appearance.

5. The theme you installed is not compatible with your Blackberrys OS. Make sure to install the correct theme based on your OS.

6. Make sure you have selected the correct OS version of the theme. Also make sure you have the newest desktop manager installed. Older desktop managers will not install the new themes correctly. More information can be found HERE
