Installation Questions
1. The theme won’t install through my Blackberry desktop manager. It says no action required or nothing new found, what is wrong?
2. Why is the theme showing up in my applications menu and not the theme menu?
3. When I use my own wallpaper your theme does not look right, why is this?
4. My theme is missing an icon on the home screen, how do I make it appear?

Billing / Download Answers
1. We use PayPal to process all orders. It is safe, secure, easy and free. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card to make your pruchase.
2. Once PayPal has processed the order, you will be automatically take to a download page for the theme you purchased.
3. All downloads are desktop (PC) downloads. You will install the files through BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
4. Yes. Just contact me after your purchase and I can send you an OTA if that works better for you.
5. No. You can use a credit card as well. PayPal will still process the transaction.
6. Yes you can. But please keep in mind that echecks take 3-5 days to clear. Your download will not be sent to you until the payment clears.
Installation Answers
1. Make sure you have selected the correct OS version of the theme. Also make sure you have the newest desktop manager installed. Older desktop managers will not install the new themes correctly. More information can be found HERE
2. The theme you installed is not compatible with your Blackberrys OS. Make sure to install the correct theme based on your OS.
3. My themes all come with a custom background. The theme is designed to be used with the accompanying background image. I cannot guarantee how the use of your own wallpaper will effect the original theme appearance.
4. Make sure your SMS & MMS inbox are “seperate” from your email inbox. You can chage this by going into email > options > general options > sms and email inboxes > seperate.
General Answers
1. On a case by case basis I can. Theme design is very time consuming and it is only profitable for developers to make the theme available to sales channels to recoop time and money spent on the design. However if you or your company would like to have a custom theme designed for you and are prepared for a higher cost for exclusivity, then please contact me and I can have a quote ready for you.
